VERY DISAPPIONTED
THE RESPONCE TO MY COMPLAIN WAS RECEIVED BUT NOT RESOLVED .THE SCHOLAR HAD TO CANCEL<br> GETTING HER MATRIC, THUS WAISTING A WHOLE YEAR OF HER LIFE DUE TO THE FACT THAT IMPAK IS NOT SUITABLE FOR SCHOLARS DOING MATRIC IN THE REMOTE AREAS.THEY PAST THE BUCK FROM ONE DEPARTMENT TO THE NEXT, AND NOTHING WAS RESOLVED. SO THANK YOU IMPAK FOR RUINING A CHILDS DREAMS AND ASPIRATION IN GETTING HER MATRIC
