Utterly useless

Impaq is absolutely useless. Their material is poor. Their platform is glitchy - most of the videos don't work. And their communications is non-existent. What is the point of a platform with teaching material if most of it is of poor quality or doesn't work. And when you let them know it doesn't work, it takes weeks for them to reply. In that time your child just gets behind with their work.

And the worst is when you try and cancel - it takes them a long time to cancel, and then when they do cancel your account, they tell you that they are charging you the full fee for the year. Once you register with Impaq you are *****ed - you owe them a years fees for useless material.
