Day 5 and still nothing from impaq optimi. I have requested for assistance with regards to uploading tasks in the portal and it's still off. U can not get though by the call centre and thy only respond when it suits them via email. Every task that does not get uploaded on time u must pay an additional R130 and courier it to them. How the hell when the ****** portal never had an upload button. They *****ing from us because we pay the monthly fees, and extra for the insulator and even more because their damn portal does not work properly.
