********* subject change financial policy
Read the fine print. I am being charged an ************ 75% ‘cancellation fee’ to drop a subject halfway through the year and swap to a new one - but must also pay full price for the new subject. Impaq has therefore made a resounding profit without actually delivering a service. They will receive full price for half a year’s service (new subject) and an additional 75% of the price of the old subject, which I have already paid. Is there no legal recourse to prevent this type of ************ policy?

06 Jul 2021, 09:39A positive follow-up - Ayanda from Impaq has contacted me telephonically and addressed all queries competently and professionally. The company does not adequately explain its fee structure and it is clear that talking directly to a consultant is the only viable option. Compliments to both Ayanda and Carmen for their compassionate and patient approach in the midst of bureaucratic ineptitude.
