Unacceptable Service

I am utterly appalled by the quality of service we have received from Impaq. My nephew's Grade 12, a crucial year for him, is being handled by them, and their administrative practices are beyond unacceptable. Despite my persistent attempts to contact them via phone and email with pressing inquiries, I am being shamefully shuffled around without resolution. And just when you think an issue has been resolved, another one comes up. I strongly advise against enrolling in Grade 12 or any other form of homeschooling with them.
