Tread lightly with IMPAQ so they don't rob you of your hard earned money!

This is the third year that my son is doing online schooling with Impaq as when I received the quote, I bought the books and paid the whole amount for the online schooling for the year. When he could not log in to his classes, we queried and were told that he was actually registered for Homeschooling and that if we wanted him to do Online schooling, as he has been doing for the previous 2 years, there is a cancellation cost involved. I paid the cancellation cost as the boy needs to study but feel that Impaq could have changed it internally without costs to actual client of theirs. Please tread lightly with this crowd as they don't think twice to rob you of your hard earned money!
