Total ripoff and lack of service!

Yesterday we dropped our daughter off to write her first final exam. We were horrified at the venue that was chosen for the Grade 12s to write their papers. When viewing the college, which is right next to a taxi rank and in the lowest part of Bellville, we were told that some children have been ****** there! Once they are without a phone, money or clothing (due to *******), do they expect them to just come back to the same place tomorrow to continue the exams? We pay exorbitant fees, including paying extra fees for the exams and then they shove our children into a filthy, disgusting college where the crime is ripe. We have lodged 3 complaints with Impak and SACAI along with other parents to urgently change the venue to a more suitable, safe environment where our children do not have to worry about their safety whilst writing their papers. NO response from Impak or SACAI. No acknowledgment that they have even received the complaints. Matric is undoubtedly an important milestone & there is no doubt that Impak and Sacai have sabotaged their right as students to write their finals in a decent environment in the right frame of mind including applying themselves 100% to the paper!
