The worst perthetic service ever

Impaq is perthetic! You sign on and then no support afterwards. Me and my kids have had the worst experience with them. I eventually asked for a refund and they are delaying this process too. You cant get through to their number to call they don't answer emails. They delayed the entire process by emailing me and ask NG the same info all the time the classes are ebooks and facilitators guides but as a parent doing this for the first time there is no support and they don't offer it they have one line to call for everything and you can never get through. They are ridiculous!!! The worst educational facility!!!! Parents watch out all they do is register your kids take your money and after that you don't hear from anyone at impaq. I will never recommend this facility to anyone for their children's education. When you call no one answers when you email you get a ticket number that they say will be resolved but no one ever calls you back only when I threatened I'm going to give them a bad review did someone call me back but yo this date no has called me back yet again
