Terrible.
Impaq is THE worst educational institute I have ever experienced. Their papers are FULL of grammatical errors and contextual errors. Along with memos being wrong. Questions and activities from the books are nothing like the questions asked in tests. Communication with them directly is almost impossible. All in all, useless and ***********. DO NOT USE IMPAQ
