Stay away from Impaq!

I should have stayed away when I had the chance. All their bad reviews are true and they have absolutely no shame or decency to try and sort out the mistakes. I've paid upfront for my two learners in October for 2021,few weeks later I decided to cancel as my learners wi be going back to school next year. I'm so glad I got out now as I can't even imagine having to deal with such ****s. I sent back both my parcels, one box still sealed. They come back and charge me 40% cancellation as apparently a book is missing!!!a book is missing from a sealed box that was never opened...which clearly means that the book was never included in the parcel when it was sent to me. The funny thing is, the box they paid my full refund for was in fact opened, however we did not even touch the contents but just sealed it again as we knew it must go back because our girls are going back to school. So the parcel that was a higher total amount to refund, they found fault with...they just had to get something out of this deal that has been cancelled. A manager copy and paste policy rules and ends everything without trying to investigate further...they just had to **** to keep some of the money back...no apology for anything they just leave you hanging.

I am so glad I didn't go with this institution, they are disgusting and will advise everyone I know against them.
