Spoke with a lady named Raylena Mokoena,immediately when I wanted assistance she just shut me out with out even getting my personal details and she hung the call on me in my ear.Even though I was irate she shouldn't have done that she's very rude and it's not good for business.I would like to know how they dealing with this hideous behavior.
