So sick and tired

I dont even know where to start. I have never ever in my life worked with a Company where their Managers/CEO are too \scared"to talk to clients and handle complaints. Our whole registration was a mess. My son passed Grade 9 2014 (completed 2015 by accident for 2014 - He was a late registration). I had so many medical problems with my son that i never noticed they issued the same qoute for payment for 2015 (which i then paid - FOR GRADE 9 AGAIN). when i received the books last week I immediately picked up the mistake. and please dont think they are helpfull over the phone. They are now asking me a 48% cancellation fee for grade 9 PLUS the full fee for grade 10 (i am loosing my R4000 deposit). the only reply i get ALL THE TIME. Sorry mam"
