So dissapointed in Impaq

My kid is already with Impaq and all I want is to migrate her package to fully online. This should be simple, right? Wrong! you have to fully cancel, then return the books, then re-register just to receive the same books that you returned - at a penalty? How does this make sense?? I am not leaving Impaq, I just need a different option. This is scary. Call centre lines are horrible and nobody even calls back.
