Slow registration and even slower book dispatch.
A week after sending in the registration form and it has not even been printed for office admin for one learner.
A week after payment has been finalized for another learner and his books have not even been gathered to send out.
Our marks have to be finalized for first term in LESS THAN TWO MONTHS; but Impaq takes their time.
Impaq is SLOW and ***********.
