Shocking Customer Service and Telephonic software

I have struggled on numerous accounts to get through on their "087" number and on the odd occasion when it is answer by a human the call is dropped within 5 seconds. Upon calling again and waiting for more than 8minutes their is no answer at all. as a customer I find their service absolutely shocking. The lack of quality and telephone manners is appalling considering that one has to wait a lifetime to have the call answered only to have it dropped shortly afterwards and yet not one employee calls you back! Disgusting customer service and telephonic service software.
