Segregated treatment
The poor communication and administrative errors from Impaq have been extremely frustrating.
Firstly, my daughter was initially enrolled for History online but had to transition to homeschooling due to an oversight on the school’s side. When she changed her subject from IT to Economics, her History timetable ended up conflicting with Economics — an issue that should have been avoided with proper administration.
Now the situation has worsened. My daughter cannot write her History exam because our invigilator, who completed the required invigilator assessment through SACAI well in advance, is not linked to her profile.
To make matters worse, a call centre agent advised that, as a workaround, the question paper could be emailed to the invigilator. However, the call centre manager has since contradicted this, stating that no such option exists and that my daughter will receive a zero.
This entire experience has been stressful and unfair, especially given that these issues stem from internal errors and poor communication.
What a nightmare it has been dealing with this institution!!!
