After struggling to get my account registered, changed, then re-setup, missing deadlines, struggles with my software, and more, Ms. Van Burick patiently assisted me and efficiently managed my concerns by calling me almost daily to give an update and enquire if I needed extra help. She didn't once behave unprofessionally and remained patient while sorting out all the hicups.
