Registration incorrect

Been with you for a year and this year what struggle. You registered me on the wrong option being 📧 you since Nov 2022... now I get told I must cancel my registration 4 2023 pay cancelation fee! Then register again 4 2023... not impressed at I have all my evidence of trying to get hold of someone. But all I get is a call center employee and start from scratch again. Can someone of more senior contact me.
