Reginah the star of Impaq

I just enrolled my child at Impaq for next year. I had a hick-up with the linkage at for the tutor centre and contacted them via the Optimi bot. This lovely lady Reginah phoned me back and the application was done telephonically within 10 minutes. She was friendly, efficient, kind and so helpful.
