Refund at Impak Impossible!!!

Hi all<br> My child joined Impak Education for Grade 1 for the year 2015, she was in the school a week and i was then informed that they are not remedial teachers in Vanderbijlpark and i had to take her out and place her into another school.<br> Registration and book fees were paid to them in September 2014 the same day i got the Quote.<br> <br> When i was informed about my child on Wednesday the 21st of January 2014 i took her out the next day on the 22nd of January and sent my Cansellation form immediatly before 12H00 that day.<br> NO COMMUNICATION was sent to me from Impak, i had to phone From Monday the 26th until today the 29th and i still did not receive any feedback as to what is going on on the refund!!!<br> Yesterday when i contacted them the Customer care lady informed me that someone will contact me today the 28th to confirm my bank details and no one did.<br> Spo i contacted Impak again just before 10H00 and was informed by Finansial did they only recieved my Cancellation form Yesterday and i will only be able to get my refund after the 15th of FEBRUARY 2015.<br> This is VERY UNPROFESSIONAL as i had to take out alot of money to place her into a new school.<br> <br> I need that refund!!!
