Poor service at Impaq, *******ion at Impaq Tutor Centre
I have been trying to phone them repeatedly to set up an appointment to discuss coruption at one of their Tutoring Centres where almost no education takes place and no assessments were done.. I then sent them an email and they respond by saying I must send another email and they do not want to set up an appointment. The service at Impaq is non existent.

Please note that the manager of the department who works closely with independent tutors will be responding to you shortly on the query that you have raised. Please note that Impaq does not own, manage or is in any way affiliated to tutor centres. Many independent tutors do make use of Impaq's products and services. This is clearly stated in the terms and conditions of our contract with a parent and as a home education parent, only the parent can take the responsibility of educating their child. Within the law, you may enlist the services of a tutor, but purely for additional assistance and not to take over the educational role.
However, we do have a complaint procedure, that should a tutor be misappropriating any of Impaq's products and services, this can be reported and Impaq will bring it to the attention of our legal team.
