Poor customer service

Good Day

I registered with Impaq and paid the registration fee and wanted to download the eBooks from the miEbooks app, but couldn't find Impaq as an option to select under the school/Institution account tipe. I phoned the Impaq number provided several times, but no answer. I even contacted them on Facebook, still no results. I want to start teaching my kids but can not do so and for the price you pay the customer service is very poor. If only they rep**** as fast as they deduct the money from your bank account...
