Poor communication

Hello there... My son did his grade 12 via impact home school this year. During the year we struggle to get his report for first,and second semester. The lady (the centrum) called them and then they wait for this and then the last time it was for this English and Afrikaans oral. He was writing his final and was left 4 subjects when we received his report for the 3 semesters with lots of 0% and very low marks. Apparently they did not received his tests and exams by the mail. We have no proof of sending this by mail. Post office not very helpful either. My question is. Why did we never received any feedback from Impact notifying us that they did not received his 1 and 2nd semesters work. He completed his final exam but has no marks for the year. All the money and work down the drain. They just say they did not received it. We requested via the learning centrum all communication via email to know what they received with no response. Please help! '
