Poor Administration

We had registered our son for Grade 11 although he was provisionally approved, The institution sent out communication with regards to payment so registration could be finalized. We paid the registration with the assumption that every thing has been successfully resolved. He spent his first term in Grade 11, only to be told he cant continue at the end of the term. I don't have an issue with the reason, my issue here is the monies that have been spent. why was I told to make a payment to finalise the application? there clearly is a breech with administration. Impaq has started a cancellation process on there own. without them communicating I found out whilst I was doing a follow up on the situation. Why do I have to pay again if I'm still going to be completing studies with the institution. My experience with Impaq has always been great, however I feel that the way this situation has been dealt with is completely *********. I have been calling leaving messages and the respective department have not escalated the matter nor have they called me back. Can Impaq please allocate the funds that have been wrongly paid for,to the correct grade I can not be penalised for bad administration. The payment was never supposed to be taken if the application was not 100% approved. We have already missed a weeks worth of school. should I not get assistance by Monday I will take this matter up with the Department of Education. Like i said I have no issues with the verdict but I have a issue with loosing my money just like that because of bad practises.
