Plead for help getting my sons term 1 report from Impaq Education

I am truly disappointed, deflated and frustrated with Impaq Education and would appreciate it if the Director could give me a call as soon as possible to resolve my matter.

I canceled my application with a learning centre so that I could move my son to online learning with Impaq's institution. Becasuse I chose to cancel immediately on the form they had deactivated my profile which blocked me from uploading the rest of term 1's marks. Lethabo from Cancellations just simply said that he cant help me. After several email cry outs and calls, I got no where.

now here's where it gets interesting...

I recently received a call from Lethabo advising me that he can now assist with generating the report on the basis that we enrol with Impaq Online and not go elsewhere. I can only get my son's report if I continue paying Impaq #howbogus is that!

I am absolutely appalled at this kind of service and would not recommend Impaq Education.

No one from Impaq wants to help me, I have sent countless emails to both info as well as the cancelations department.

This is a complete nightmare!

Is there anyone from Impaq that can assist me with the uploading of marks so I can get my sons term 1 report?
