Pay for service you don't receive?
Email to Impaq dated 2021-01-25, still no reply
Dear Impaq, Please refund Aramax Courier fee as it has been 2 months and they have failed to deliver. My daughter started online schooling today with no books.
My husband spoke to them on Thursday and they said the would deliver on Friday or Monday.
I will arrange courier guy to collect the parcel from Impaq or Aramax, please inform me where Courier Guy should collect.
