Pathetic service from Impaq - Think twice before enrolling your child here

My daughter started online schooling with Impaq yesterday. Since then she's only had 2 classes which is EMS and English. I called the call center at 9:30 am yesterday (8/04/2025) and notified them that there are no classes other than EMS and english that's loaded on Teams. The consultant said it would take 24 hours to resolve. I has been long past 24 hours and I am still in the same situation with no classes loaded for my daughter. I have loaded online tickets for assistance but I don't get any feedback although it is assigned to someone. This is ridiculous. I paid the deposit in full and this school has a dont care attitude. The service is pathetic. We are just ignored. My poor daughter has had 2 wasted days with no classes. I am really considering taking her out of your school and requesting a refund!!!!!!!!!!
