Pathetic service

Please do not enroll your child with Impaq, especially online. There is no alternative communication except email, which no one attends to. I'm highly frustrated. I have been sending emails since the 15th, and to date, there's been no reply. This is my child's future!

Can someone sort out the timetable issue? I keep getting notifications that my son missed Maths class—how on earth is he supposed to attend if it is not on MS TEAMS???
