Pathetic service
If i could give them 0 stars I would. They must be the most *********** people around. I have my daughter on the online examinations only. So I decided to upgrade to the books on the 5th of Feb. They were happy to recieve my R2224+315 for delivery. 2 weeks later no books. So i called to here that the money is showing as a Credit on my account because its not allocate to anything. How is this possible when you order something online and pay for it. Regardless another week goes by and constant phone calls later i get Financial department who informs me he will escelate and the manager will change it to delivery. wich again i have paid for. another week goes by as i was told the books will be here Thursday or today. So i called again to be informed nothing was done.
this is just one child. my other child is still waiting for her books to.

please make sure you know what you are buying

12 Mar 2021, 16:49Hi. Another week gone by again. I was promiswd delivery by mon Tue at the latest. But I should not hold them to it... So Monday came and gone so I called Tuesday to be informed that Aromax the courier company only deliver 2times a week ar our location. But i should expect it by Friday. Its Friday just to 5 and still nothing. Not even a courtesy call from ***** at Impaq to let me know. I will not recommend Impaq to anyone in our comunity.

As telephonically discussed, I have been in communication with the courier company in order to establish as to why these parcels have not been delivered as of yet. I have been informed that the parcels were definitely scanned out for delivery today and the alternative contact number was given to them as well.
They have let me know that they will be in contact with you as well.

13 Mar 2021, 10:23I do have to stress that ***** has been helpful and I have taken the matter further with Aramex SA. I would really recommend Fast and Furious couriers to Impaq. They deliver to my doorstep no hassle.
I was told by Aramex they will deliver this morning. Earlier, I recieved a phone to ask me how urgent the parcel is and apparently he was in Vioolsdrift yesterday which is lies, because then he would've delivered. I will respond when the books are finally delivered. Thank you for stepping in to help. Its just a pitty its 5 weeks we had to wait because of *********** staff. but again I cant stress it enough for your assistance. Kind regards and keep up YOUR good work
