Pathetic response from Impaq
Seeings as I am getting pushed from pillar to post by Impaq and only getting standard email replies, here goes. I requested a subject change for my son, received the quotation, made payment before the 30th of March as requested (even though I was told that I could pay on the 31st when I received my salary, this was later rejected), requested a statement of account in between all of this and still I am told that he will not be registered because of an outstanding amount. On my financial summary the account balance says R0. Every department I speak to has a different answer. I have the recording of the phone call where I specifically asked what the outstanding balance is to ensure registration for the new subject. I am extremely dissatisfied with the inefficient manner which this is being attended to and all I receive are standardised emails and still no phone call.
I want my son registered for his new subject, Business Studies before close of business today so that he can begin with his catch up work. I do not accept the fact that every person that I speak to gives me a different story. I, as a side note, already have access to miEbooks and my sons study material already as provided via email from Impaq - and according to Impaq, you have to pay the full deposit before any access will be given to the miEbooks. Now how can that be then if I have not paid the deposit???????
