Paid for books but got stories instead

On 15 December I registered my child online on Impaq.co.za and paid her year's school fees in full. I did it thru their representative Trevor with contact details ***. He promised my wife that our child would receive the books within a week. This is now 2 and a half months later and we only received 2 of the 3 parcels. The parcel containing the books is missing. After numerous emails and calls the latest is that the courier must find it and the courier says Impaq only gave them 2 parcels. Do not order from them as they are ******* and take your money without delivering the products as advertised. I paid over R9000.00 and now I have to go to court it seems to try and recover my money. If you phone them you will be lucky if somebody picks up or help you and when somebody finally answers you get told they will come back to you but never does.
