Ordered all hard copy books some was sent as paper packs and English books times 2 not sent trying for a week to get anyone to give me feedback

Payment was made books came 6 days later checklist was under books inside boksdriver didn't let me check.i wrote emails that some books where paper instead of hard copy and 2 books not sent was told by email that books will be sent by annelize Jordan on 25 Jan and today 1 Feb still no books or correspondence my son no 61240 at centre
