Online Books Not Available
We are now in the second week of the school year and the electronic books are STILL not available online. I need access the Facilitators Guides, but apparently there are still technical problems with the new app. Why has this not been sorted out?? The MiEbooks app worked just fine. It seems like switching over to Impaq's own Optimi app has been a disaster. This needs to be fixed ASAP! I have sent numerous emails, whatsapp messages and phone calls. Nothing has been fixed.

14 Feb 2025, 11:30This reply has been absolutely useless. I have phoned and emailed multiple times since this reply was received. NOTHING has been resolved. It is now 1 month into the school year and i STILL do not have the correct Gr 9 Maths Facilitators guide.
