Not reliable

Since 12 Feb I have been asking for a statement of payments made to them. Every time I am promised that it would be escalated to the Accounts Department, but receive no statement. I was also billed for delivery fees which did not occur the previous year. Last year I also had queries regarding the new Education act and how this will impact my son in the future and I received no feedback on this up until now.
