Not marking exams in time
Slow on marking exams. For the 2nd time this year the new term is in full swing and we have to wait for the previous term exams to be marked. E-mails to this institution is worthless and a waste of time. Seems that this is yet another institution more concerned about making money, than the students. Please do not use Impaq.
