non delivery of books
I received an English application from the Impak facilitator and thought this was standard. However upon submission I queried the fact and was advised I need to complete an Afrikaans application, which was done mid November 2014. My son however received English books mid January 2015. It is now nearly a month and I am still trying to get Impak to deliver the correct books with the First test series being the 1st week of March. I have mailed the documents over and over... have sent numerous mails to Impak... just to get another person asking me to re mail the documents or telling me the books were sent off to find out they are referring to the incorrect books. I am truly desperate and disappointed in the extreme poor service and bad administration from Impak. All I am asking for is the correct books . Debit order was deducted, deposit paid timeously. You have to pay no matter how bad the service. After yet another 2 mails yesterday, I am hoping that this complaint will eventually trigger some action and I will receive the correct books as app**** for mid November 2014.
