No return on emails

I registered my son last year to do grade 5 this year 2022. On Monday I tried to download the ebooks but keep ending up with error messages. I tried resetting the password but error messages pop up. I have sent emails for them to contact me. Nobody at the call center could assist after I waited for more than 1hour on the phone to not be helped. Apparently it was escalated I am still waiting for anyone to assist 🙃 😅 🤷 🤔
