No response or answer at call center

Been holding for 45min and counting still, as im still holding as I never received the link for.my sons books, and if I track the number its a tracking number from dawn wing from 2016.

Been waiting for the books since 2018, this year I phoned as impaq opened and got told I need to wait 14working days as I paid late, mean while I needed to call to ask when wil I receive my invoice to pay... then the lady tells me the deliveries stopped on the 6 of Dec. Which I was never informed.
