No help from Impaq

I cannot get hold of Impaq Education - They don't answer their phones on number ***. I have been trying to get hold of someone to assist me with a existing registered student. I have also send emails - they did respond but their response shows that they are not reading my email request and assisting with specific request. I really need help.
