No customer's skills, so rude

My child was with one of impak home schooling centers .I which was very poorly run my child was never helped when need and was told not to worry the work won't be in the exam .haha which it was. We are now in February 2015 and still no report and impak keeps passing the buck then asking for the report for last year and there for I can't get her in to another school.. When you call no one can help because they ever at there desk and ever return your call. If you are in the education fild you should have the passion for the children and their education .I will never recommend impak syllabus to any one my child education has suffered and still is.
