No assistance after numerous requests

Very bad service from these people when we registered everything went quick quick. Now I have been asking for a transfer letter since June last year and I have called and emailed numerous times over and over they keep closing my ticket without it being resolved.. I am still waiting for the transfer letter and they keep ignoring my request. I am utterly disgusted. I will never recommend them as soon as they are done with you they have no care in the world. You strive for children's education but it's all about the money. You only assist with what benifit you. Disgusting
