I paid my impact fees of R22000. 00 in December to Dots Academy. Up until February my kids received no study material. I took them out of the academy 3 weeks ago and requested my money back and I was told to contact impak as the money Was paid over to them. I then received and completed cancellation docs thrice with no feedback from them after that. I then contacted Chanelle Kruger this morning who told me I must pay for February even though no study material was received and that Dots academy is there client and not me and she has been in contact with them and will not reimburse me and I cannot do nothing about it. As I had to read the registration form. How in God's name can you request more damn money if kids no longer attend the academy and did not receive anything. Instead she told me that my kids attended the academy in January so how can I say they never got anything. She promised to get back to me once she has contacted the academy but up untill now no feedback. I paid my daughters fees in January of R2500 and have received nothing but they refuse to reimburse me.
