Missing details
I logged a ticket. for some reason the ticket is being closed every time and I still do not have any answers regarding my account
"Your ticket "*********" has been Closed.

That is all I get back - no call no explanation and still no change on my account
I rep**** 3 times already and the same message keeps coming back

I also realized that I was charged for a failed debit order in February. I paid the account on the 21st February which would than be processed on the 1st of March, but for some reason that I need an explanation for is that on the 8 of march you tried to debit my account again. I now had to pay R120 which according to my statement was not correct. the extra credit I had thus was deducted (R-39.15) and I owed (R80 Still). I than paid R600 to get the extra credit again and everything was deducted and i still owed R22.20 and in April I paid R563.55 and again all the credits was deducted. to get it clear as I said to the consultants that called me. My payment monthly is R541.35. Please explain how I made a mistake
