MESSING UP MY CHILDS FUTURE BY LOSING EXAM PAPERS.
My son's exam papers was lost by Impaq and due to the missing exam papers he failed the year. They are totally unwilling to try and resolve the matter and insist that my son have to waste an entire year to re-do the grade / subjects. No explanation on the missing papers.
