Leggo Robotics and Coding

I registered my son for grade 6 online..... He had done Robotics and coding last year(I have the kit)...... I registered him again this year for Robotics and coding.... I paid the deposit and approved the debit order. Lego Robotics is expensive!!! My son reported to me that he has received the same kit as last year..... no upgrades, When I called your offices today and spoke to and was cut off my 3 different people... I was made aware that Impaq does not offer Robotics and coding for grade 6. I registered online and have the quote that I could order Robotics and coding for grade 6.... it is even in the drop down menu when you register online. Are you seriously expecting me to pay R4 000 for something my child had last year, I have an accepted quote for, but you do not offer???? I paid what I could and have a debit order for the rest..... I would like your response ASAP. I have been put on hold by 3 service agents and had the call cut.
