Incorrect Ebooks, NO RESPONSE FROM IMPAQ

I ordered and paid for Grade 9 ebook on the 26th September 2022. No further communication was received until I contacted Impaq the day school started. I finally received the details and logged in. When going into the maths book it gives me the Facilitators guide. How is my son supposed to study maths when he has the facilitators guide???? I emailed your offices on the 11th, 12th, 16th, 17th, 19th and 20th January and no a single response has been received - What type of Education Facility are you???? I have spoken to one of your consultants who said she will sent it to technical for an urgent response - ONCE again same reply I received!!!! Clearly no one knows what his happening. I need this sorted ASAP, after 2 weeks of school and the incorrect study guides being received. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE
