Impaq/Optimi home school
Impaq/Optimi home school. My son was with your school for 4 years. We never had an issue. We paid the deposit and the fees on time every year, every month respectively. We were refunded R400 after we paid a R8000 deposit and he was only in the school for one month. Their terms contradict their actions. I have requested a clear statement of why we were only refunded the R400 and to date have had no response. We even overpaid the deposit which was R6000. I want answers

Had no problems until.......... they add a clause to their T&C and their clients must KNOW to go and read them again???? So we cancelled with them in feb after paying our deposit of R8000 and they refunded us back R400. These are their terms. Please cN someone explain to me why we got back R400? "After 5 days and up to 4 months from the date of subscribing you will be charged the number of months subscribed, rounded up to the next full month/installment. A cancellation fee of 10% of the refund value will be app**** to the subscriptions that were paid via monthly installment and 5% of the refund will be app**** to the subscription that were paid upfront. "
