Impaq won't release Final Report.

I Have been very patient with Impaq. I had an outstanding amount and required the final report to put my daughter in public school. They sent me an AOD and Qadeer Maged their client support consultant sent me an email saying that once the AOD and payment is made they will release the report. This was done and still nothing. I have sent numerous emails and my husband has made many calls which they are now cutting. My daughter is at home and cannot go to school because they won't release her report. This is depriving her of her right to learn. I would like people to be aware of the way Impaq operates. They are only in it for the money and not concwrbed about their students. I will never refer or send any of my other children there ever again. Lannice Donnelly
