Impaq useless support
Support is non existent , when you submit a query you get a automated response saying your ticket is resolved without ANY one contacting you, i have been struggling to resolve an issue since FEB 2022 , its now OCT 2022 and still no one has been able to assist. i have been passed along from one person to the next, i even tried to make an appointment to go and see someone , but no one replies and the contact number also isn't answered, its like trying to resolve an issue with the municipality
