Impaq sucks

I have been an Impaq client as I was homeschooling my son. During 2025, his learning centre made use of a different service provider but has moved back to using Impaq again in 2026. I really, really regret the centre moving back to Impaq. Previously, service was fast and friendly at Impaq. This year it has been a story of poor communication and rude "sales consultant". I am still having trouble getting my son's registration finalised. In the meantime, he does not have his handbooks to study.... what a messssss.....
